HOUSTON - No freezing conditions are in the forecast for the Chevron Houston Marathon on Sunday, Jan. 15, but runners will have to overcome some chilly conditions as the run will begin with a temperature of 43 degrees, but is expected to increase into the lower 50s by 10 a.m.
