The Houston Texans season came to an end in Sunday's 17-13 divisional round loss to the Baltimore Ravens and now they are slotted to pick No. 26 in the 2012 NFL Draft. Looking back at today's loss the Texans are in need of a second wide receiver behind Andre Johnson, because Jacoby Jones performance was not cutting it today nor was Kevin Walter's.
Early mock drafts had the Texans taking Memphis Tigers nose tackle Dontari Poe or Alabama Crimson Tide strong safety Mark Barron. The defense looked great against the Ravens and they were even missing Mario Williams, but the offense could not do a thing and it did have something to do with the Texans down to third-string quarterback T.J. Yates. However, there was no passing game to speak of for Sunday's game outside of Johnson's eight receptions for 111 yards.
Look for new mock drafts to come out in the coming days with an updated draft order.
