Texans Vs. Titans Score: Houston Trailing Tennessee 13-10 At Halftime

After the Houston Texans took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter, the Tennessee Titans came back in the second to score 10 unanswered points at one point before taking a 13-10 lead into halftime.

The Texans defense has held up well but the offense is not moving the ball quite as much since Jake Delhomme subbed in for T.J. Yates. The Texans forced the Titans into a 21 yard Rob Bironas field goal for their first points of the game after a 69 yard drive.

Delhomme set up the Titans second score after he fumbled while being sacked by the Titans defense. Tennessee followed with a 33 yard drive and took the lead when Matt Hasselback found Donnie Avery on a one-yard touchdown. Delhomme then led the Texans on a 46 yard drive that resulted in a 52 yard field goal from Neil Rackers to tie the game at 10-10.

Matt Hassleback then engineered a 55 yard drive in the two-minute drill to take the lead back 13-10 with a Rob Bironas 43 yard field goal just before the half.

Jake Delhomme finished with 58 yards passing and one costly lost fumble in the first half. Andre Johnson made his return from a hamstring injury to catch two passes for 21 yards. Derrick Ward and Ben Tate have split rushing duties for the Texans. Ward has eight carries for 34 yards while Tate has seven for 26 including a touchdown.

Matt Hasselbeck completed 14 of 20 passes for 166 yards and a touchdown. Chris Johnson has 52 yards rushing in the first half while Jared Cook caught three passes for 55 yards in the first half.
