Texas A&M Tells Broncos To Back Off "12th Man" Label

While most of the sporting world was captivated by Tim Tebow's dramatic OT victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Texas A&M athletic department had their eyes firmly on the ball, taking to Twitter to complain about a "12th Man" flag being waved Sunday:

jason_cook FYI #Broncos, the 12th Man belongs to Texas A&M. We saw the flag today and will defend our trademark. #TAMU #gigem

The school had a similar incident with the Seattle Seahawks a few years back, with the Seahawks forced to pay A&M for the right to use their "12th Man" trademark.
