The Texas A&M Aggies will take on the Baylor Bears Monday night as both teams open Big 12 play against one another. The Aggies are hoping to hand Baylor their first loss.

Jan 2, 2012 - The Texas A&M Aggies are facing off against their in-state rivals the No. 5-ranked Baylor Bears on Monday night. The Aggies will have a tough fight ahead of them as Baylor is a perfect 13-0 in the 2011-12 NCAA season, including a sparking 8-0 at their home court in the Ferrell Center.

The game will be the Big 12 opener for both of the division rivals. Bill Kennedy's first season as the head coach of the Aggies has not lived up to expectations out of the gate, but there is a lot of season left. A win over the Bears on Monday would provide a huge boost for Texas A&M. Baylor has looked fallible in their last two games, so now is the ideal time for the Aggies to take them on.

The game will begin at 7:00 PM ET. You can watch the game on ESPNU and listen to the broadcast locally on WTAW-AM 1620, or on Sirius 91, which will have the Baylor feed.
