The Rockets and Kings are two struggling teams and so far in Friday night's game the teams are in a neck-and-neck battle with the Kings up 52-50 at the half. The Rockets are led in scoring Luis Scola who has 15 points and center Samuel Dalembart who has chipped in with 10 points and seven rebounds.
On the Kings side they are led by Tyreke Evans who leads all scorers with 17 points on eight of 11 shooting in the first half.
The Rockets are hanging around in this game despite shooting two of eight from beyond three-point range, and have countered that by making four more free throws than the Kings. The Rockets have an eight rebound edge and four in the offensive rebound edge. So, the Rockets has had second chances to put up more points but the Rockets are shooting 48 percent from the field. With that rebound edge the Rockets need to take advantage of that if they want to win.
