After falling behind by 23 points, Texas A&M rallied to within 10 points in the second half but ran out of gas as Missouri ran away with a 70-51 victory.
The Aggies weren't able to overcome a slow first half and couldn't match the Tigers endless parade to the free throw line. Missouri finished 27-31 from the line while Texas A&M managed just 12-15 attempts.
Elston Turner and Khris Middleton led the way for the Aggies with 13 points each. Ray Turner came off the bench with 11 points and eight rebounds. David Loubeau chipped in 10 points for the Aggies.
Missouri was led by Michael Dixon's 18 points off the bench. Ricardo Ratliffe added 17 and Marcus Denmon 16 for the Tigers. Denmon also grabbed a team-high nine rebounds. Phil Pressey added 10 points and four assists in the game.
